Santo de Mayo 5KMay 2020 in Houston, Texas 5 of 6
Any mention of Houston, Texas, is liable to bring with it thoughts of humidity and sprawl. But the city has a lot to offer, including claims to Texas' oldest craft brewery, Saint Arnold Brewing Company, where this race begins and ends. It also takes place in May (hence the name, Santo de Mayo), so that humid weather isn't anything you have to sweat about. Don't have many friends who are into running? No worries—invite anyone and everyone to hang out at the after party party and cheer on the participants.
