Whiteman Ugly Sweater 5K

At the Whiteman Ugly Sweater 5K, you can show off your favorite ugly sweater, organize a team look or steal grandma's sick retro threads that you've been eyeing for all these years because you finally have an excuse. All runners receive a free winter hat to keep you toasty on what will surely be a crisp and beautiful January afternoon. All proceeds benefit the Whiteman Air Force Base.
Freakin' Freezin' 5K

It may be Freakin' Freezin' outside, but what better way to warm up than a run with some friends? The race starts and finishes in Alpharetta's Newtown Park. Great awards for overall male and female runners as well as five-year age groups.
The Chocolate 5K

Every runner loves chocolate, and not just because its carbohydrate and protein are great for recovery and its flavonols are great for your immune system. With Ghirardelli chocolate stations set up along the course and more chocolate after the finish line, this is one race you can't miss.
The Hunger Run 5K

Run to make a difference in the lives of the 16 million children in America who struggle with hunger. Proceeds from The Hunger Run 5K benefit the local Wichita Falls Area Food Bank and the national campaign Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry. The kid-friendly 1K Challenge stresses the importance of children leading active, healthy lifestyles. Donating five non-perishable items reduces your registration cost.
The Pirate 5K

The Pirate 5K offers an event for racers, families, runners and walkers. The chip-timed 5K takes you through the tree-canopied Palencia neighborhood. Awards go to the top 3 male and female winners in each age category and all participants receive a t-shirt and finisher medal.
Heart to Heart 5K
February 7, 2015 - Peachtree City, Georgia

The Heart to Heart 5K is part of the Peachtree City Rotary Elementary School Grand Prix series. The course takes you on a tour of Peachtree City's scenic golf cart paths. The race includes a DJ, prizes and even a warm-up Zumba session a half-hour before the start.
Cupid 5K
February 14, 2015 - Shelburne, Vermont

Run with your sweetheart or find one on Valentine's Day at the aptly named Cupid 5K. The relatively flat 5K is an out-and-back course running along Harbor Road. Register as "attached" if you're in a relationship (or not looking for one) or "unattached" if you're single and ready to mingle. Although both divisions run together, you'll know who's who by the color of their assigned bandana.
Son of a Beach 5K
February 14, 2015 - Destin, Florida

Run on the white sand beaches of Destin at the Son of a Beach 5K to benefit the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. The out-and-back all-beach course starts and finishes at The Back Porch, the site of the post-race party.
Singles Dash 5K
