Our 2024 mixed Couch to 5k course starts on Saturday 16th March 2024 culminating in a group Parkrun (5k) on 29th June. The course is aimed at absolute beginners, building gradually from 0-5km over 15 weeks. It’s also suitable for those who are returning to running and would like the support of a group.
Sessions take place Saturdays at 9:00am and repeated on Wednesday at 6:30pm and are open to ages 18 and above. The venue is the athletics track at Bruce Williams Way, Rugby.
The cost of the course is £30.
