This is USAW sanctioned meet. You need to have a USAW membership to be able to sign up for the meet. The schedule below is subject to change based on registered lifters. This is an OPEN MEET. Rewards and Medals will be given to the best Sinclair in Females and Males.

- Session 1 -Youth Females and Females Total <100kg
- 7:00 am weigh in - 9:00 am lift -11:00 am
- Session 2 Females > 100 kg
- 9:30 am weigh-in - 11:30 am lift - 1:30 pm
- Session 3 Male Total < 120kg
- 11:30 am weigh-in - Lift 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
- Session 4 Male Total > 120kg
- 1:30 Pm Weigh in -Lift 3:30 pm - 5:30 PM
