F.A.S.T. is a specialized small-group (6 player max) player development program for players who are serious about accelerating their development. Sessions combine traditional skill development training with SAQ training and science based and tech-driven neuro-cognitive development elements. Futsal is a small-sided version of soccer played on a hard sports court surface.
