BETTER YOURSELF WITH EVERY CLASS!
The RAC martial arts class will include Martial arts from the Fillipines, Indonesia, and China. Animal style forms are taught with applications from the forms. Drills , learning single stick, double stick, palm stick and defense. All classes have warm up and cool down to close. Guru Charlie Wishon has over 30 years experience in these arts. Ages 7-14, 6-7pm Ages 14-100, 7-9pm
