Ohio Hockey Project is offering a program for Peewee/Bantam/Midget level players to further their athletic development. This program is intended for serious, higher level skaters. The goal of this camp is to teach your young athletes how to properly train on and off the ice. On-ice will focus on individual skills with a strong emphasis on skating. We will simulate gameplay to help foster intensity, proper work to rest ratios, and overall good hockey habits. The off-ice workouts are hockey specific and designed so players can replicate on their own with little-to-no equipment. Players will also be introduced to a few fitness tests that will help players track their individual development as they continue to train and grow. We ask the participants to bring light and dark jerseys, personal water bottles, healthy snacks, running shoes, and a change of athletic / skating clothing. *DISCLAIMER* - there will be running and jumping involved.
