Open to Squirt-Peewee players. 1-Hour long power skating and conditioning-based session. Athletes can expect a heavy emphasis on stride techniques as well as the mechanics of turns, crossovers, pivots, stops/starts. We'll also have a focus of fundamental stick related skills in shooting and stick handling as well. This program does not include off-ice training.
