Team must start and finish together.Team must stay side by side throughout course. Only one team member is required to complete the obstacle. Team members may alternate completion of individual obstacles as need.

The Farm Strong OCR is a unique farm work inspired challenge course that combines more than 20 obstacles to create an event like no other. Prepare to get wet, winded, and worked, plus it will be a lot of fun! Several new obstacles will be added this year.
The Farm Strong OCR at Waid Park was co-designed by the Spartan SGX Coach Team at Ferguson Fitness and Franklin County Parks and Recreation. It will be held rain or shine on Saturday August 1st at 9:00 am.
The $75.00 registration fee includes the chip timed event, a Farm Strong logo t-shirt, and live bluegrass music from Mason Creek to get you moving. (Registrations after July13 are not guaranteed a shirt)
Awards will be 3 deep for Male and Female age and weight specific categories.
Pre-registration deadline is Thursday July 30th at 11:59pm.
No team onsite registration allowed. Only individual Registration allowed day of.
Farm Strong Kids OCR will be held from 11:00-11:30. Kids 12 and under may participate in the individually timed event for free. The modified short course will be in close proximity to the main event area.
What to expect: Franklin County farm inspired obstacle course elements. Several new challenges will be introduced in 2026 including large machinery and hay pyramid. Returning favorites from last year include:-Farmers ford-Hay bale hurdles-5 gallon bucket fill-Tire flip-Sandbag haul-Low crawl-Balance block-Farmers carry -Tractor climb
The start will be corral groups of 20 released at 2-minute intervals. Fast groups first. Last year’s finish times ranged from 28 to 90 minutes. Awards will be issued by age group.

All participants will receive a Farm Strong t-shirt if registered prior to July 13th.
Day of check in begins at 7:30 am. Arrive at check in no later than 8:30 am.
