Proceeds from the event will be going to restore the old church building. We'll also be encouraging all participants to raise funds on their own. Once you reach $150 in donations, your registration fees will be refunded.
COURSE & TIMINGGreat course through Rockwood, TN. It may not be flat, but it's nothing crazy. Course map will be posted soon.
We'll be electronically timing and posting live results.
AWARDS & GOODIESWe have awards in the following categories. Awards ceremony will start at 9 AM. If you are not able to stay for the Awards, you may request to have your medal shipped, just cover the S&H.
Top 3 of each age group get a medal.
Top 2 of all the runners grouped together get a trophy (total of 2 trophies).

All participants will automatically qualify for (1) FREE entry into one of the 2023 Five Star Turkey Trots; see website for details.
Top finishers will also have the opportunity to earn a spot in the Championships to be held January 2024. The number of spots available is based on the total registration...see event website for details
Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike
conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
