Our focus this semester is portaiture, but not traditional portraiture. Your portrait could be of an animal, a person, or any single subject as a focal point, not as part of a scene or landscape. The instructors will provide reference photos but feel free to bring your own. Supplies needed: oil/acrylic paints, 2-3 brushes, a painting or palette knife, a 16 x 20 canvas, and a palette or palette paper. Supply list available on our website or by calling 207-236-7803.
