ROCKAWAY TRACK CLUB & HEALY'S PUB Present PARADE DAY FIGHT WITH YOUR SMILE HALF MARATHON, FUN 5K & 1 MILE WALK Hello. Team Fight With Smile Angelina LoBianco Student visionaries of the Year 2023 The fight against cancer is something my generation and I hope to stop. My little brother lost a best friend at a very young age to cancer, and another one of his best friends Rocco was diagnosed with leukemia about 2 and a half years ago. Although Rocco is much younger than me I look up to him, his personal battle, his recovery, his drive, and his passion I look up to it all. I will always consider him the most passionate 8th grader I know and will ever meet. This is news that no parents, friends, or family member would ever want t o hear. No child should have to fight cancer. These instances had a major impact on my family and opened our eyes to honor and appreciate these patients with nothing but love, support, and positivity. My goal is for those fighting any cancer now to have a team of family and friends supporting and showering them with positivity. My campaign will provide support to the critical work of LLS in hopes that one day no one will have to grow up without the ones they love. I know that with your help, I can reach my goal and make a direct impact in the fight against blood cancers. Rockaway Track Club kicks off the Queens St Patricks Day Parada with a Luck of the Irish Run on the Boardwalk Saturday March 4th 2023 8:00 am Bib Tag, T-Shirt and check in at Ciro's Pizza 171 beach 116th St Rockaway Park NY 11694 9:00am Half Marathon and 5k Start. Start Line & finish are on 116St on the Boardwalk. INCLUDES COMPLETE T-SHIRT/ MEDAL / slice of pizza anf irish soda bread
