All levels welcome to experience the movement of traditional folk and contemporary dances from Africa and the Caribbean, including the islands of Jamaica and Trinidad. Explore foundational movement, rhythm, and expression with a focus on coordination and isolations of the body.

Leggings, footless or convertible tights, sweatpants or shorts

No street shoes on the marley floor
