Welcome to Moving for Fun! — a dynamic movement class tailored for adults seeking to invigorate the mind, body and soul. Move, twist, shake, and bop to a wide variety of music while enhancing flexibility and strength through the guiding principles of yoga and Pilates. All levels are welcome as this class is an exhilarating blend of dance, fitness and fun! Elevate the fun by bringing a friend or come as you are - it’s time to move it!

Dance attire for this class:

Leggings, footless or convertible tights, sweatpants or shorts

Solid colored leotard, t-shirt or tank top

No street shoes on the marley floor

Hair pulled back

No excessive jewelry
