Experience: I have been a personal trainer/class fitness instructor for over 10 years. I started as a personal trainer for Camp Gladiator and ran my own boot camp classes in 3 locations for almost 4 years. I am a personal lover of running and have run 3 half marathons over the past years, along with many 5Ks in which I placed in the top 3 in my age group in most races.

Education: Bachelor's degree in English Literature with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Certification: NASM Certified Personal Trainer & CPR/AED certified.

Must be a member to train.
