Description

Participants learn the concepts of relaxing the mind while stretching, strengthening and toning the body. Note: Please bring your own yoga mat. Links to virtual class meetings will be provided to participants upon enrollment. Please see receipt for details.

Refunds:
Full refunds will be issued for cancelled events and/or classes only.
Credits and transfers will be allowed if the PRCSD is notified prior to the second class meeting.
Due to limited space and high demand, no refunds, credits or transfers will be given for Aquatics, Day Camps or After-School Programs.
