Join us at La Sierra Senior Center for a Hands-Only CPR class designed specifically with our aging community in mind. This informative and interactive session will teach participants how to recognize the signs of cardiac arrest and respond quickly and confidently using proper chest compression techniques. Hands-Only CPR is simple, effective, and can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival in an emergency.
