Learn how to give your paintings depth by using atmospheric perspective. In this step by step watercolor class you will learn how to use value, color and texture to create distance in your paintings.
Participants are invited to bring their own watercolor supplies (a basic range such as blues, greens, and primary colors; a palette; an assortment of brushes; and at least four 11×14 sheets of watercolor paper). For those looking to expand their materials, Anita Winters recommends the following items from Blick.com:
- Palette: i.e. #A03036-1002
- Paper: 11x14 professional-quality watercolor paper (140–200 lb, Saunders Waterford or Arches)
