Players must be born in 2016, 2017, 2018 or 2019. This high-intensity power skating program focuses on developing the skating mechanics players need to create more speed, power and control on the ice. Sessions challenge players to improve their stride, edge control, balance, and acceleration. Players will work on explosive starts, powerful strides, quick changes of direction, transitions, crossovers and maintaining speed through turns - with an emphasis on applying these skills at game pace.
