Players must be born in 2014, 2015 or 2016. Camp includes 8 hours of on-ice instruction (each day of camp consists of 2 back-to-back one hour sessions, with a 15 minute break in between). This fast-paced camp is designed to push players out of their comfort zone and elevate their on-ice performance through high-intensity power skating and competitive battle drills. Each session emphasizes explosive skating mechanics, edge control, acceleration, and agility, helping players build speed and efficiency in every stride. Battle drills are integrated throughout the camp to develop puck protection, body positioning, and compete level in realistic game situations. With a focus on repetition, pace, and purposeful coaching, players will sharpen their skills, improve their physicality, and gain confidence in contested situations - all in a demanding, high-energy training environment built for development.
