Improv Workshop Ages 18+ Thursdays 6PM-7PM, May 11-June 1 No experience necessary! For adults ages 18 and up Improvisational theatre is based on the actor's imagination! It is the art of going with the flow and creating theatre without a script. In this workshop, participants will learn, review, or expand upon the fundamentals of improv and how it can be used practically during a performance. Participants will learn what improv is and what it's about before diving into games and scenarios. Improv encourages teamwork, cooperation, and self-confidence in a low stress environment. Tuition: $50 Instructor: PJ Kraus PJ has been performing in various improv shows since he was in high school. He has taught improv classes during high school and while attending Dutchess Community college. He was the president of the college's improv club and helped teach students different methods and improv games. He’s been performing at The CENTER for Performing Arts in Rhinebeck for the past ten years and is excited to be able to teach at his second home! *The Covid-19 situation is ever evolving and our policies are subject to change at any time.
