Lifesaving Instructors play an essential role in providing high-quality training in their community. The Lifesaving Instructor Recert (LSIR) provides updated information to Lifesaving Society BC & YK Branch, to ensure quality Lifesaving programs are available and to promote drowning prevention.

Prerequisites:

• Lifesaving Instructor/Examiner (Current within 5 years)

Recognition: Lifesaving Instructor electronic certification

Currency: 2 years from date of certification
