Discover the gentle and effective MELT Method, a self-care approach designed to help you move with greater ease, reduce stiffness, and support healthy connective tissue, performance, and body balancing. What is MELT?

Over 4 weekly sessions, you'll learn the basics of the MELT Method, including why it works and how simple techniques can be incorporated into your everyday routine. Each session combines hands-on practice with easy-to-follow roller sequences and gentle hand and foot treatments.

• MELT Hand & Foot Treatments— gentle, indirect whole-body technique
• Introductory roller sequences to help rehydrate connective tissue, ease everyday stiffness, and support performance and body balancing
• Self-Care Diary to guide and encourage daily practice between sessions
• MELT hand and foot treatment ball and printed home-program instructions to take home

No previous experience is required. Come learn simple self-care techniques you can continue using at home to help your body feel more comfortable, mobile, and relaxed.

Who this is for:
MELT is gentle and appropriate for most people, and it's especially effective for chronic conditions and musculoskeletal issues that haven't fully resolved with other approaches. However, if you have an open wound, a recent surgery, an active infection, a bleeding disorder, or are in an active flare of an autoimmune or inflammatory condition, please reach out to book a private session so your practice can be safely tailored to you.

Please note: This class includes floor-based activities, so participants should be comfortable getting down onto and working from the floor. Adaptive options may be available where possible.
