Gentle Yoga Practice- This is a gentle movement yoga class. When you are in a pose you are supporting yourself throughout the pose in a particular shape, in awareness & observation which helps achieve the desired benefit to the nervous system the muscular system, the chemistry, and the fascia and release chronic tension patterns and holdings. This is an easy flowing class so enjoy! No hurry and no worry!
