Gentle Yoga with a Chair Option: Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 PM. Drop-in Class at Evelyn Mount Northeast Community Center.

This class incorporates gentle movement with breathing techniques to wind down for the evening. This is an all level class. Previous Yoga experience not required.
