All parade entries must be reviewed and approved prior to payment. Before submitting payment through this portal, you must first have:
1. Submitted a Parade Entry Application through the Online Forms | City of Reno website; AND
2. Received an approval email with payment instructions from event staff.
If you did not follow the above steps and submit payment anyway; submitting payment does NOT guarantee participation or placement in the parade without approval.
I confirm that I have receipt of the email confirming my participation and as such this payment confirms you have reserved a spot in the City of Reno’s 4th on Fourth Parade in Downtown Reno on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Additional event details, staging instructions, arrival times, and operational information will be provided via the registered email prior to the event date.
Community organizations, schools, nonprofits, businesses, performers, car clubs, elected officials, political organizations, walking groups, and themed entries are invited to participate in this patriotic community celebration.
Participants will travel 4th Street in Downtown Reno as part of a family-friendly parade experience leading into the Glow Plaza celebration at the J Resort.
All parade entries must comply with event safety requirements, operational guidelines, and staging instructions provided by event staff.
Space is limited and participation is subject to approval based on operational capacity and event needs.
Payments are non-refundable if an entry submission does not comply with parade rules, safety requirements, operational guidelines, or event regulations.

This receipt verifies registration payment submission for participation in the City of Reno 4th on Fourth Parade.
Submission of payment is for one (1) entry only and does not guarantee requested placement in the parade; however, staff will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests when possible.
Participants will receive a follow-up email with Parade Rules, Instructions, and Site Maps upon confirmation of payment.
Participants agree to comply with all event rules, safety requirements, staging instructions, and operational policies.
Registration and participation fees are non-refundable.
