This water exercise class has a blend of body weight exercises, cardio, and resistance training. Use a variety of resistance tools to promote body toning and conditioning. This class incorporates an assortment of exercises and movements to start the day off swimmingly. Non-swimmers welcome, ADA lift available.


Pool temperature is 83 degrees.
This class is drop-in only. Free for RecConnect Members$5 for Seniors$6.50 for Adults
Class capacity is 40 persons.
