Relieve joint pressure, soothe arthritis pain, and enhance your range of motion in this extremely low-impact warm water class. This class will help promote movement for the rest of your day and soothe the muscles with light stretches to finish. This class focuses on mobility, and will not provide cardiovascular exercise. Non-swimmers welcome, ADA lift available.
This class takes place in the multi-use pool.
Pool temperature is 85 degrees.
This class is drop-in only. Free for RecConnect Members$5 for Seniors$6.50 for Adults
Class capacity is 30 persons.
