If first time participant in any recreation activity, please provide a copy of a birth certificate and proof of insurance to the recreation office via mail, email, fax or walk in.
The age cut-off date is determined by players age on or before May 1, 2023.
Registration deadline has been extended to March 10, 2023.
Please note if space is available after the registration deadline, a late registration fee of $5.00 will apply.
Please Note: We are still currently exercising COVID 19 Rules: Wear protective mask over nose and mouth. Wait 6 feet apart. Avoid close contact. Wash your hands, use sanitizers or wear gloves.
