Before getting started with a personal trainer, this free consultation is an opportunity for your trainer to get a thorough understanding of your goals, health history and current fitness levels in order to tailor a plan that will meet your individual health and fitness needs. Must complete consultation before first training session.
Must book prior to booking first personal training session.
