Improved Health Outcomes, Accountability & Social Support, Empowerment & Confidence!This program supports chronic disease management and post-event recovery. Led and supervised by certified professionals, every session is designed to help build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness and increase mobility through a series of exercises.
Your 8-week package includes 2 sessions per week for 8 consecutive weeks. The period starts on your first session dates and runs continuously, whether or not sessions are attended. The package does NOT extend due to unused sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:100% of the registration fee, less a $10.00 admin fee, will be refunded if notice of withdrawal is received via email a minimum of 7 days before the program start date. No Refund or Credit will be issued on or after the program or course starts except for medical reasons (doctor's note is required). No Show will be charged a full registration fee-no refunds will be issued. Non-attendance does not constitute as Notice of Withdrawal.
