Combining the power of sound healing and deep meditation, Sound Baths offer a transformative experience designed for relaxation, stress reduction and rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit. Participants will immerse themselves in a soothing soundscape created by singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and sounds of nature such as rain, ocean waves. The gentle vibrations shower & flow through our bodies from head to toe restoring the harmony & balance, reducing pain, anxiety and improving sleep quality. Come and Indulge in an oasis of tranquility.
