DROP IN FOR GENTLE YOGA

Gentle & easy, this class is a great way to strengthen, stretch and relax. You will learn and practice basic Yoga postures, relaxation & breathing techniques. We recommend that you bring your own mat and strap. Wear comfortable clothes.
