Tabata exercise intervals are 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest done 8x, totaling 4 minutes. It has been shown to increase stamina, burn high calories in shorter time, and boost your metabolism up to 48 hours after! Modifications are given for various fitness abilities, and you progress at your own pace. We will include 4 or 5 Tabata intervals each class, along with warmup, cool down and stretching. Go for it!
