Join me for a fun hands-on cake pop class where you'll master the secrets to creating these adorable, bite-sized treats from start to finish. I'll guide you through all the steps, from mixing and shaping the perfect cake ball to dipping and decorating like a pro. Think you don’t like cake pops? My technique does NOT involve leftover cake mixed with buttercream, but starts with cake baked from scratch, so they're not overly sweet or mushy.
All ingredients, aprons and equipment are included in the registration and materials fee. Just bring yourself and a to-go container for your creations! Recipes and equipment suggestions will be provided in class.

What can you expect from our class together?

• The class is fully interactive, so feel free to ask questions as we go.
• Great results go beyond the recipe. Learn the basics of cooking: mise en place, proper techniques, essential equipment, ingredients, and kitchen safety
  
• Please tie back long hair; we'll cook and serve family-style at the end.
• Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes as you will be standing & working in the kitchen.
• Be prepared to work in teams of 2-4, depending on class size.
• Alert your instructor to any food allergies BEFORE the day of class so we can plan accordingly.
