CoeDynamics small groups Pilates Core Challenge session will offer personalized attention and use of diversified Pilates equipment while rotating equipment on a weekly basis and leaving no muscle behind. Pick one class per week! Schedule as follows: Mondays at 11am, Tuesdays at 8:45am and Fridays at 10am or 11am.
