FIRST® LEGO® League Challenge is a nationally recognized robotics competition for students in grades 5 and 6. Teams build, program, and compete with their own robot while tackling a real-world engineering challenge. Snapology of Eastside will coach your student's team through the full season: from building and coding their robot to developing a research project and preparing for competition day. Beyond the robot, students build genuine teamwork, problem-solving, and presentation skills as they work together toward a shared goal, culminating in a regional tournament where they compete alongside teams from across the region. Practice days are Friday at 3:30-5pm and Saturdays at 9:00-12:00pm. Students will meet 2x per week in Oct. Then, as the team gets closer to the competition (Early Nov.) through early Dec, the team will meet 3x per week. Registration cost is $500 which covers all supplies and competition registration fees.
