A perfect introduction for students who have never held a sword before. Our foam-noodle equipment removes any barrier to entry. Students jump straight into movement, timing, and the thrill of the sport in a fun, low pressure environment. No experience, no equipment, and no worries needed. Students will learn: fundamental footwork, stance, and guard positions. Basic attacking, retreating, and parry actions. Students will use safe foam (noodles) practice swords-no sharp edges. Open to all beginners!
