Mini Break Day Camp: Star Seekers

From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Want to reach for the stars this April? Join us for a day of exploring the night sky—in the daytime! Youth will enjoy constellation crafts, star stories, galaxy jars, and other star-studded activities to spark curiosity and creativity. We’ll wrap up the day with an out-of-this-world astro planetarium show! Specific activities will depend on outdoor conditions.
Children should dress for the weather including boots, rainpants/snowpants, jacket, scarf, hat, and mittens/gloves. Please also bring a snack, lunch (no nuts!), water bottle, indoor shoes, and an extra pair of socks.
Camp runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Early dropoff and late pickup is not available. Doors will open at 8:50 a.m. and all campers must be picked up by 4:10 p.m.
This program takes place at the Kerry Wood Nature Centre.
Ages 6–12.Limited spaces available.Earlybird rate in effect until April 4: $40/youth/day.Regular rate in effect April 5: $44/youth/day.Pre-registration required by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21.
