Pickling Workshop

From 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.

Pickling—a tradition in many cultures—is a perfect way to save those delicious summer veggies! Join our Interpreter to learn how to quick-pickle. At the end of the program, each participant will take a jar of pickled produce home.

This program takes place at Historic Fort Normandeau.

Ages 12 & up.
$15/person.
Pre-registration required by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 21.
