When you sign up for Karen's Zumba Class, you’ll have the option of coming in person to the Readfield Elementary School gym or staying home and joining from your living room via Zoom! This time of year it can be dark at night and weather can be unpredictable. So we'll be offering Zoom Zumba! Those who sign up for class this session will get a Zoom link every week and you can choose whether to come in person or Zumba with us from the comfort of your own home. So, let’s stay fit together no matter the weather! Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness class that is good for all ages and experience levels. You don't have to know how to dance to do Zumba. For one hour a week the only thing you have to focus on is dancing and having fun. Come dance your day's stress away to upbeat Latin and American Music! Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers with as little tread on the bottoms as possible so as not to tweak your knees.
