Storytime for caregivers and their children (0 to 12 years).

Storytimes are a great way for caregivers and families to learn about best practices in early literacy, to encourage early learning in your child’s life, and continue the learning at home.

A typical storytime features a great story, read aloud, with audience participation, interactive songs and fingerplays, which help children learn about the structure and sound of language.

Please register all participants who will attend, including child and caregiver.

If you are unable to attend the program, please call the Library to cancel, so that we may accommodate families on the waitlist.

Due to limited space and fire-code capacity, the Library is unable to accommodate walk-in participants, schools, large groups, and daycares.

We kindly encourage families to limit participation to one caregiver per child and one storytime per week, due to high demand.
