Come join the Sizzlin strength and aerobic club. Did you know that both strength and aerobic training are important for optimal physical fitness. Learn how to improve your health, it's never the same session, instructor will always change up the format and accommodate with modifications if needed. It's also a great way to socialize and meet new friends!

This club is open to seniors 50+ (residents and non-residents).
