Zumba Gold provides modified, low-impact workout that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. The easy-to-follow choreography is perfect for active seniors and beginners. Bring a towel and water bottle.
Bring a towel and a water bottle. Beginners or first time students please arrive 15 minutes early to meet the instructor.
