This intensive 16-hour training program equips Emergency Vehicle Technicians with the critical diagnostic and reprogramming skills needed to keep fire apparatus safe, reliable, and in service. Whether you’re new to Allison DOC® or seeking to sharpen your expertise, this course delivers the tools, techniques, and confidence to excel. Designed specifically for fire apparatus mechanics and EVT professionals, this course blends classroom instruction with real-world, hands-on practice. Participants will gain the knowledge and practical experience required to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize Allison-equipped fire apparatus using the Allison Transmission DOC® diagnostic system—the official tool for servicing electronically controlled Allison transmissions.

Requirements: Students are encouraged to bring their own laptop with the current version of Allison DOC® software installed to maximize participation in diagnostic exercises
