Please arrive by 10:15am to ensure we are able to start on time at 10:30am. We'll cover all things starts and turns! Dives, breakouts ,backstroke starts, flip turns, open turns....all the things swimmers don't get enough time to work on at regular practices! Start the short course season with an advantage!
