Instructor: Lisa Leonor Grable In this Hawaiian hula workshop, we will make affirmations, stretch and warm up; practice hula vocabulary with hands and arms; learn hula steps; and put all of it into choreography with beautiful Hawaiian music. We dance barefoot, so be ready to take your shoes off (if it is cold, I wear hospital socks!). Wear comfortable clothing, such as yoga pants with tank top or T-shirt. Bring your water or sports drink.
