Arrival: Recommend arriving 1.5 hours before event to give you plenty of time of check-in for race number and goodie back and to warm up. 

Parking: For later events, factor in 5 minute walk from parking at Rickie's Flamingo Cafe. If you are in hotel close to venue, we recommend you walk down the beach

Bring: Hydration, reef safe sunscreen. We will have water and suncreen on the beach too. Suggest you bring 2 pairs of goggles in case one breaks. 

What to wear: Swim suit (Mandatory!) 

Prohibited: Fins, snorkel, hand paddles, goggles with electronic guidance, tech suits. Dive mask permitted but no snorkel. Exceptions may be made if swimmer is physically challenged.
