Prepare for the Maine real estate licensing exam to obtain your Real Estate Sales Agent license. This remote course is designed to take 55 hours and you have one year to complete it. It covers key topics such as licensing laws, agency relationships, disclosures, contracts, financing, and major federal regulations. Materials are provided in PDF format and hard copies of the materials may be purchased for $25 upon request. You will complete modules, quizzes, and a final exam and after finishing the course and evaluation, to receive a Certificate of Completion, which enables you to take the state exam through Pearson VUE exam and apply for their Real Estate Sales Agent license.
