Aerobic moves and dance grooves to upbeat, motivational, inspiring, and fun music!

Classes will be held Monday nights from 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM for 5 weeks beginning April 27, 2026. The last class of this session will be June 1, 2026. There is NO CLASS on May 25, 2026 (Memorial Day Holiday).

Cardio Groove will be held at the Prince George Community Center (11100 Old Stage Road Prince George, VA 23875). Registration is available until April 24, 2026, at 5 PM (unless filled). Cost is $25 per participant.
